Hey, I am looking for some feedback on my real estate blog.

You will be way better off if you put in some serious time learning your market inside and out and reading the blogs and forum posts here on Biggerpockets.

For starters my first several contributions were posted to the Bigger Pockets Blog and I have several more completed drafts and others in work.

I haven't considered doing an NNO event near my RE holdings, but I did read your blog post about holding block parties and I think it's a great idea.But, if a neighborhood doesn't have a currently-running block party, what are some ideas on how to get the ball rolling?

Plus it has alot of different features such as blog, emailing, etc. if you want upgrade.
