Hello Everyone! New Investor from Texas
I'm Sheila Griffin from Dallas, a new investor to the Bigger Pockets site. I'm investing in the North Texas area in single and multi family properties, and looking forward to posting and sharing things that will help all of us to reach our goals. I'd love to hear any advice for new investors on wholesaling, which is what I'm doing to start out, specifically on marketing tips.
