Buy a deal now, then another in 12 months, then another in 12 months, etc....and I agree with what others have said--condo HOAs introduce too much risk and uncertainty into the mix for my taste.

I think it is rare that a person shows integrity in the way Justin has treated myself and my family even after the sale.I know people have different tastes about turnkeys, but there are a few trustworthy companies out there.

And most (definitely not all... ahem) look a like, smell alike, taste a like and they all poop out orange carrots.BUT, think about this for a sec.Do you think auntie Betty that needs to sell her house because 3 raccoons are terrorizing her living room,  knows what an "investorcarrot" website is?

For those of us who have tasted success in high appreciation markets we will call out appreciation as the winner.

Some may express things a littler harder for your tastes but it's not personal.

If you are a person with expensive tastes naturally you'll spend more than someone who is more of a minimalist.

But you would require to put extra money into furnishing the units and make it tasteful for guest.

Probably have been taken by the seminar crap and has left a bad taste in their mouth.

I do like SA, but Austin is too overpriced for my taste.  

I ate the best pizza in South Africa, I got mugged in Cuba and then got my money back when I mugged my mugger, I got lost in the Sahara desert, I used the toilet in Ghandi’s child hood home, I met a girl in the Czech Republic and then another one in Thailand and then Spain, I ate amazing beef in Argentina, I partied with Russians in Moscow’s until sunrise, played soccer in Ghana and Turkey and Brazil, I saw the most amazing sunrise in Vietnam, I had Guinness in Ireland which taste better than anywhere in the world, I met my wife in Ecuador, I met incredible people everywhere and so on and so on and so on.
