Currently on a plane to Memphis,  TN to explore the town and get a feel for it. 

Although frankly the Ethiopian crash how do you have a first officer with only 200 hours.. in a crisis that became single pilot and the 737 is not a single pilot plane..   

My rentals are in Kauai and when I have cancelations 2-4 weeks prior it’s rare they rebook since it’s a destination vacation and requires plane rides and planning.

One guy at a REIA here told me "yeah this guy did it and they got him when he got off the plane".

After all you are whole selling you are not buying for yourself and you are not planing either on keeping the property for cash flow....

Agree with @Carl Carlson I believe the ultra high-end properties operate on a different plane.

I can visit by car or plane fairly easy..Most all PM handled from my computer, by me...good luck!
