Management Company = Waste of your money.I know this DJ from a satellite radio company, he's normally cavorting with heavy metal bands on a yacht in the Carribbean while he manages his STRs in the G/PF area with his iPhone.

@Matt Allen- thanks  1) if you do  rehab - are  your plans to still sell it  or to  keep  it    2)  if selling it is main goal - just  sell it as is ...as many investors will  likely  do their own thing  on the property   3) if keeping it  - whats  the  approx  amt needed and what  type pf  rehab  is  planned ?
