Your agent should provide tons of info on the 'machine' itself - ie cleaners, repairmen, service choices (ie cable, internet, pests, CLEANERS)... if they don't - why are you using them!?

If the house would ordinarily rent for $2,000 a month, that comes to $400 per room but you are probably including utilities, TV, internet, etc.

I would now concentrate on paying down or off whatever it is that's affecting you guys credit score wise.
