Would probably be  a major solution to some of the homeless issues California is dealing with under their court order.I was trying to figure out the numbers. 

Here in SF the downtown areas look isolated with more homeless encampments than before.

Here in CA today the Governor is negotiating with 900 hotels to quarantine the homeless.

You’d hope that would be the biggest motivator....to get your kids back.Many are either homeless, being evicted, or living in squalor.

In the housing industry tenants are only one rung above being homeless.

However, clearly she's afraid that she and the children will be destitute and homeless if you get into real estate.  

Without getting a single dollar.Plus the homeless crisis, crime etc.I hate to be so negative, but I would look elsewhere if you really want to succeed.

HiMy friend has a property in Pueblo Colorado.His tenant has been paying late since the beginning of his lease in March, hasn’t paid October saying he was laid off due to COVID19.A local attorney said that if My friend starts an eviction procedure, the tenant may claim in court that he is unemployed due to COVID and will be homeless if evicted, in which case the court will allow the tenant to stay.Does anyone here has an idea or success with evicting a non paying tenant these days?

Some people want to give political donations, they want to feed the homeless, church, animal shelters, whatever… I prefer to give my money to hard working people trying to move up in the world.
