Hey thereI'm an investor looking for an agent who is able to provide inspector-like attention to detail for properties in the DFW Dallas Fort Worth area.  Anyone know any good contacts in the area?

These are probably the most riskiest transactions along with property management for agents and brokers....I see it....I hear it....This is what I hear......that agent stole my mom's property....she didn't know what she was doing or signing.   

As Mike said, the ML is not free for agents, we pay almost $600 a year for it.  

OK, a question to everyone that's been doing this for ages (>5 to 10 yrs).Do you find now that there has been a great influx of newbies (like me) that have somewhat diminished the pool of great deals out there?

As for agent and their brokerage commission, what value have they added to this transaction?

@Adam Roach I would look to other investors at your local REIA for agent recommendations or even look to meet an agent at the meeting. 

It seems kind of pricy and I wanted to know how worth it the program was for agents vs. flippers vs. buy and hold investors vs. wholesalers. 

Ideally, I'd love to sell it to her (and save the real estate commissions for agents), but she is still trying to fix her credit (from her bankruptcy in her previous marriage and existing student loans) to be able to get a mortgage.
