For example, while more & more tenants pay electronically, many still insist on mailing checks.

Allows self check-in/check-out, online payments with bank account or credit cards, marketing, electronic document signing, and more.

The owner must grant such access to computerized orother electronic records & to any computers, facilities & mustprovide any information or assistance needed to access the records.5.

Enroll in electronic documents, this way nothing is mailed.

If you go that way stick with basic units that don't have fancy electronics.   

As a 20 year veteran in the consumer electronics front(and future property investor) I'd love to see this added to the credentials category. 

Lesson learned during closing: ensure the title company has the electronic payout instructions because they tried to FedEx a physical check which had to go through my "accounts receivable" adding 5 business days to get the money into my account.
