Andrew a quick clarification here....there are actually two related and distinct categories of units listed within City of SD; Companion units and Junior units....While the Junior units do require owner occupancy, the Companion units regs do not list that as being required.

THAT is a key distinction.Another distinction which usually keeps people poor is the difference between "saving" (read: not spending, a consumer concept) and earning or profiting (an entrepreneurial concept).

One other point I would add: I have no idea if Georgia law recognizes any meaningful distinction between a "land trust" and a "revocable living trust."
