Some great and prolific contributors here still, and I used to give a crap about wanting to be one.. but once BP became focussed on the pump n dump/ business plan that fits on a cracker (or Instagram post) style content I just started deleting my account whenever the bumper sticker wisdom got too annoying.

So what everyone needs is a portfolio stress test (in xls): how many rents can you delete in your spreadsheet before your cash flow turns zero and then negative. 10%, 20%, 50%?

If it isn't something you signed in the listing agreement or part of the contract, just tell them to delete it.

One thing we did was basically delete the small back yard and just created a large gravel parking area.
