However I've found that the worse the property the easier the negotiation is.However this is just a numbers game and the numbers tell me 80% of the agreements won't work.. and shorts are easy to get under contract so we need a bucket load of them..

It's great to stand out, but what's even better is getting your letter into the hands of a seller at the time they want to sell. 67 addresses is not even a drop in the bucket, it would take an extraordinary amount of luck to get a call back.
