I won in the end but it still costs money to win, and she did inspire me to also become a lawyer so I could nail more dishonest scumbags like her, but a lawyer would have had this recorded properly at the outset. 

You single-handedly are the reason why I am now researching this method of real estate investing.I appreciate the kind words...thank you (very sincerely).Of course, as I mentioned on the podcast, I got my start here on BP, so I have to roll that credit up to Josh and many of the other long-term folks here who gave me the inspiration and knowledge to get started (as well as plenty of newer folks that are teaching me stuff every single day)...this is an amazing place with lots of generous people...

Seeing other succeed always inspires me to keep doing great things myself.

Also, a lot of people seem to have gotten inspired by Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad".

Not to brag but hoping to inspire...I just changed the status of my profile to Real Estate Investor from Homeowner as I just closed on my first rental property last Wed.

BPs podcast it the best educations and inspiration I've had in real estate.

I paid a 125k assignement fee last Aug.. on a 140 lot subidivsion I am buying.. but its a 10 million dollar deal and I think I will assign it to Lennar profit should be substantial to justify the 125k I paid.. little more risk though as we have to go through entitlements.. but this I am sure should inspire many folks. !!!

I would appreciate any input or ideas just to get started with some inspiration so I know where to get started with looking.
