Let’s say in the future I find a second deal I would like to do that cost $200K with 20% downpayment required and $3K in closing costs so total cash needed at closing is $43K.Let’s also say the LLC has $10K in cash in it in excess of reserve that hasn’t been distributed so we need an additional $33K to close the deal.My dad will make a personal loan to the LLC for $30,000 and then I will contribute $17,250 of cash and my dad $5,750.With the necessary cash now in the LLC can I use that money for a down payment to buy the house personally and then quitclaim it to the LLC without adverse tax consequences?
