with Nevada uber low prop tax's and the gamblers subsidizing your rental properties its worth it to run all the numbers plus the homes are really easy to maintain where as in most of the deep south there is a ton of upkeep .. not only heavy rains but Hail wind and the like .. on top of that very nasty soils in many areas leading to extra maintenance over time..

Our main criteria is to find a home with no rental cap and in a area with Good school ratings.These are the cities which were primarily looking for -Suwanne ,Johns creek ,Alpharetta,Roswell,Peachtree,Milton,Duluth,Sandy Springs, Lawrenceville, DunwoodyMy Realtor mentioned that it is very unlikely to find a property in these areas.

We've done East Atlanta to Decatur and up to Sandy Springs, as well as some OTP...I used to live in Vinings, and there's plenty of detached new construction there as well...just look a little bit west towards Mableton/Austell...
