When you rent individual rooms, there are unique issues to be addressed like sharing common space, cleaning, etc.

I love it here, but want to have a place of my own to rent out for income, and go visit whenever I want.I have stayed at some resorts that have a condo/apartment section that you can purchase, and the resort takes care of marketing, booking, cleaning, etc.

I'm looking for someone with experience  with Airbnb cleaning in Westport CT

But I want to be squeaky clean also if we have to prove that our LLC finances are separate from our personal affairs in instance of litigation.   

Or did they simply clean/clear out the line (usually costs a few hundred bucks)?

If you have to clean the pool; find a person who can clean the pool every so often.

@Julian Pilate-Hutcherson We work almost exclusively with OOS investors and it's a mixed bag...I sold 3 MF properties this month to folks that have never been to the state...and I have another set of clients that have been in the market for months and make routine visits to the city...I think it has a lot to do with comfort-level...truth told, we can leverage technology and get every possible detail on the table for review to make a pretty informed buy/pass decision...combined with an inspection and appraisal, there is really no need to be here in person looking at deals....

Additionally, they owe you for any damages, cleaning fees, etc for move out. 

nothing on the west coast as title is usually pretty clean in these parts.. but I was trying to quiet title a lot in Charelston that was bought at tax sale and I gave up after 3 years and 5k  LOL.. 

Is their car clean or dirty and full of garbage (dirty tenants)?
