Go to college – get a degree - the world is moving at light speed with technology and change is guaranteed.

Technology and FaceTime help a lot when sharing photos and videos of the property, but to be honest if there was structural or electrical damage my contractor would know better than myself looking at it.

Also, making sure you utilize technologies to ensure proper and efficient communication will be extremely helpful.

With many technology employers allowing their employees to work from home, those employees can move out of their Bay Area rental and purchase a long term investment in the Sacramento area.
