Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

I recommend getting the 4 feet of 4 inch pipe and replacing that.

The existing tile on these houses (built around 1992) measure 10 inches wide by 15 inches in length and today’s tile is 12 inches wide by 17 inches in height.

You can get this bit set, which includes a three inch wide (3") bit !
