Paying unlicensed people to do so is illegal here, especially when it's contingent on you purchasing the property.Bandit signs themselves depend on your city/local ordinances, so there's no answer better than telling you to ask your city, like Adam suggested, though what you have on the sign could also be illegal even if the sign itself isn't.

Sam, "taking Title" means OWNING the property into your name BEFORE you are allowed to sell it in Ohio (if you are not Licensed to Broker).I will be interested to hear if ANYONE (unlicensed) in Ohio has found it LEGALLY possible to Wholesale (by advertising property that they don't own) recently without "taking Title" first.
