Ohio - License for Property Manager?
Hi everyone,
I hope your all well.
I have a quick question. In order to run a property management company in Ohio do you have to be licensed?
Thanks for your time and all replies are much appreciated.

@Engelo Rumora In Ohio, to legally do Property Management for a third party, you MUST be a licensed real estate agent (all agents are required to be under a Broker).
You are allowed to manage your own properties whether you own them directly or through an LLC that you own.
The only exception: The owner of a property may hire an employee (not an independent contractor) to manage a property on their behalf.
