It has become a sensitive matter and they get flustered and frustrated...they dont want to deal with it.Any thoughts?

Coming from the tech world, I'm familiar with tools like SFTP, SSH and know there have been a few on the Google Docs and Dropbox side that have offered the ability setup a secure drop box in the past, but all appear short lived and I'd rather not send millennial rental applicants back through faxing paystubs and/or other sensitive information to me over insecure email or text messages.

At the same time I think we can all see the difference between objective analysis and inciteful, inflammatory, and downright insulting comments.Many of us haven't slept in weeks and I'm only asking non-investors to show some sensitivity here at this difficult time.

For more time sensitive data like foreclosures, they stick to a 3 business day lag even though you can get it from public sources and skip trace it day 1.
