A little about my background, I am 22 and graduated this spring from Worcester State University in Massachusetts with a degree in Finance, I will be attending Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida for 1 year to obtain my MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Financial Valuation degree.

This was a great case study for us during college while I was getting my degree in finance.  

Another interesting anecdote is that much of the land being displayed into rooftops is agriculture and rooftops use less water than agriculture.

It's all relative We always hear about how debt and leverage is what lets you grow, why brrr is so great ect,My biggest issue with BRRRR is how little cash flow you get- I understand infinate return, reusing the same cash.
