The house had several floor joists and trusses in the attic that were cut through in order to run venting and pipes that needed to be shored up, some rotted subflooring that was discovered in the bathroom, some drywall needed to be replaced, the whole house was repainted, added a water softener due to the hard water from the well leading to discoloration of the tub, and upgraded the fixtures to make it look nicer.

I was already planning on repainting the ceiling, so I added a small amount of texture additive to the paint and you can't tell there was popcorn before.

@Joseph Konney: The upper unit the guy I bought it from had started the work already, so there was little to do  besides paint and finish bathroom floor paint and light fixtures and same with Kitchen and 1 cabinet and I repainted because the color he had was awful.

Condos in the neighborhood tend to be on the low side like 220k, or higher at 300k.There are very obvious problems with the interior, predominantly that the walls need to be repainted.
