I was just smart enough to buy a lot of real estate in early 2020 and was able to get a ton of appreciation and strong rents.Looking back at this situation I have relaxed a little bit and have come to realize: #1 Nobody can time the makert#2 Even some of the worst purchases with time can start looking good#3 Real Estate with Leverage over time is the ultimate compounding that you cannot find anywhere.Another consideration is the many ways to make money on a property: Rent, Depreciation, Debt Paydown, and Appreciation.I never thought that debt paydown would be such a large number so don't discount these four ways to make money.

., that is my thinking as well, my theory is that the big hotels are getting threatened by Airbnbs and they muscled this ordinance into place, the fact that it passed so silently and the mayor was supporting Airbnb being there gives me "corrupt" vibes all over the place.

The three P's (Pittsford, Perington, Penfield) should have high quality tenants based on school district, Henrietta has low taxes comparatively, I've lived in Spencerport and Gates my whole life and are solid family neighborhoods, Brockport has a college population as well as a history, continue down 104 and you find relaxed rural living where you may have the same tenants for 15 years...Help!!
