A recent post about lending club and prosper made me think of something and I wanted to know if it is something already being done.

While values are not "Skyrocketing" in Nebraska, we have enjoyed steady growth and prosperity for a long time and that doesn't look to be changing any time soon.

I really like working with Larry Corley at Prosperity Bank.

Investors that make it a habit of talking to others that buy, sell, and lend on real estate regularly will usually prosper.

I have also looked at sites like prosper, upstart and lending tree, but they all seem to require more income verification than I can provide.

Maybe it's the optimist in me, or my faith knowing that God has plans to prosper me and not harm me that make me think I should over-extend myself rather than play it safe saving for a rainy day.  

But, we also have an interest in seeing our hometown prosper and benefit from our investment
