That need could outweigh their desire to protect your best interests.Not saying there investment here is a bad thing, per se, just raising this point so that this one element of the deal doesn’t tip the scale to you investing if you otherwise might not.

It seems to me they pool their money and buy a house for cash- thereby not dancing with the devil.

You deal with pool cleaners and house cleaners both not wanting to take responsibility to clean the pool deck.

If you also have tips and things to look out for, I'm all ears. 

I've done some research on tips to buying on the auction site and have looked into the property on the county site. 

The best find I ever had was a plastic kiddie pool with a built in slide in an old tool shed that was left behind so it definitely beats me.I know most people would advise reinvesting your findings or maybe splurging on something you've always wanted like a car, vacation, trip to space, or a pony.

I know many people have indoor pools in the Pigeon Forge area and I'm sure many people have outdoor pools in warmer climates also.I put in a Pool Guru device at my house.
