I'm new to BP and really have no idea how to navigate the website at this point...but bear with me as I begin my first official "discussion".

My decision would be no for multiple reasons determined by my official and personal reasons.I do not rent to anyone relocating as they will often choose to move to a temporary apartment with the intent of then seeking a more ideal unit to move to. 

@Charlene Isoh- Hi Charlene- I used a local bank here in Toledo so not officially a credit union. 

This is your constitutional right, however much code officials would like you not to know it and try and bully you.

Also, sometime an official letter works better than a text or talk :D

If there’s no official police report I’d Assume the cause is from the tenant from a lockout or baby mamma/daddy drama .

Their official advise to NC brokers is to not undertake lease options.

There may be a official form or you send notification along with their lease renewal.

Also, i officially met my contractor for the first time.

And don’t get me started on those idiotic ads where they say realtor .com is the official website of the NAR, when NAR sold that site years ago. 🙄🙄 When the next RE downturn happens, lots of those part timers will go away because they won’t be able to keep paying the fees etc.
