At best, the LLC pass-through entity is tax-neutral, though I have previously identified a potential loss in tax benefit for an LLC treated as a partnership for tax purposes.  

I had to run an extra loop off the neutral to make it work.

Doesn't matter whether the intent is complimentary or derogatory or neutral, all landlords would do well to never specify or call out applicant race or ethnicity in speech or in writing.

As far as paint any neutral flat tends to hide imperfections well and appeal to more potential renters.

As for the pest control company stating that the disinfectant spray would neutralize any health issues, that is crap in a handbag.As for dog vs. rodent droppings, there is a HUGE difference.

A few years ago brown was the neutral of choice, but now gray and "greige" have taken over that position.

I also believe it’s easier and faster to turn over a property if all you have to do is go in and clean and spot touch up your beautiful neutral color that you know the formula for and sheen.
