We have made many trips over that way to check out the music, craft beer and craft distilleries that you guys have over on that side of the state.

We are authority figures telling them they can or cant have pets, park here or there, play music loud, pay on time, etc. 

I didn’t reply to her email, but instead notified my attorney that’s doing the closing and made sure they were up to date.. luckily, my attorney and buyers attorney have been communicating, so everyone was on a same sheet of music.

We are considering including musical instruments (a piano and acoustic guitars) at our luxury STR in Lake Tahoe.  

One bit of advice that I preach is to start listening to the podcasts while driving in the car instead of listening to music.

I graduated with a degree in music education, but after student teaching for a few months, I quickly realized I have no business entering the field of teaching.

My question is, are they creating excess noise through their activities (loud music, exercise, kids playing, etc.) or is the condo so poorly built that ordinary noise travels easily?

There are several strong community groups that have food truck events, live music, community garden days and all sorts of other events to build a sense of community, it's got all the right ingredients primed to take off.
