Newbie from Northwest Arkansas

Hi Bigger Pockets Community! About me: My name is Aaron Bloodworth and I am a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas. I graduated with a degree in music education, but after student teaching for a few months, I quickly realized I have no business entering the field of teaching. It's a decent career, but it takes a very special person to do that job! I am currently living and working in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I have been listening to the podcasts for a couple of months now and reading like crazy. Goals: I plan to begin with small multi-family rental properties. In the next 12 months, I want to buy my first property here in Northwest Arkansas. I am looking for anywhere from a duplex to a four-plex. Short term, I am looking to get plugged in with other investors (and related professionals) in the area. I have little in the way of hard cash to offer, but what I do have is plenty of time, some decent technical knowledge, and a strong desire to learn.
