I am adding a related question to this thread - do you always use real estate attorneys even for your simple plain vanilla deals or can one get away with working with just a title company (new jersey). 

I'm looking to meet investor friendly agent(s) or property managers that work in Essex County, Union County and Bergen County of New Jersey.  

Its value is on par with Jersey Shore, and Honey Boo Boo. 

I would love to hear if anyone knows of similar areas/cities that have similar values, especially within a 2-3 hour drive of New Jersey.  

I'm originally from Texas, but currently working as an architectural designer for renovation projects in New Jersey and New York.

@Simon  I must say, it sounds like the CA market is tough, being from Northern Jersey, I have to sometimes drive 2 hours to find a deal but they are out there.

I'm a newbie also on the jersey shore.

Sounds fishy for a $1700 unit in Jersey City.

Hi Bigger Pocket Community,I am a new rehab-to-rent investor jumping into my first rental with a property located in South Jersey and I'm in the process defining our lease agreement before we tackle finding a resident.

However, it seems hard to find any property with 6+ units in Jersey City or Hoboken where the #'s work.
