I don't want to transfer my properties away from my current manager, but he does not return my calls, and makes me feel like I am a bother when I express my concerns.I was so very pumped up to get into investment real estate, but now that I am having huge monthly payments for my taxes, mortgages, and insrurance, yet rarely am I getting rental income, I fear I am on the wrong path.If there are any property managers or investors that work in Hammond, Gary, Hobart, or Merrillville that could offer me an experienced opinion, I would be grateful.

Hi DiogoNot sure if you refer to transfer losses or exchange rate fluctuation. 

Titles get transferred between banks and servicers during the foreclosure process, just after, etc. all the time.....no biggie.  

All of my LOs as the Optionee have been from sudden sellers (sudden job transfer, divorce, health, default) of pretty houses with low equity.I didn't do any of the tricks you mentioned, but they weren't listed on zillow or wherever either.  

They're the ones that tip the balance in the landlord's internal calculation of, "Is this life really worth it?"

I imagine students from South Forsyth would be transferred there?  

Does anybody know where I can get a Quit Claim Deed where it blatantly will show that I am transferring the property into a Trustee? 

Does the existing paperwork that has the old owner on it transfer to me or do I need to prepare a copy of that lease and have everyone sign so it's "legal"?
