One of the people living there told me they filled up a 5 gallon bucket of water at the neighbor’s house every day so they could flush the toilet at the end of the day…pretty disgusting was right.  

When I went there to do maintenance like AC filter change, condensate pump cleaning, hot water T&P valve flush etc...the last two months, her mom was there. 

I hate to lose those inches in floor space, but you might consider just filling it in and making the wall flush, if you can't cut away the bottom part.And then, I think you should consider paying someone to stage the house for you.  

The orange big box store sells a brand new water saving toilet for $30. 1.28 gal per flush.

Once I am flush again and am ready to tackle the rehab I can always turn up the heat.I am really hoping that someone else here's going to come up with a great way to navigate this!

Replace the toilet innards with a new flush kit.  

As a matter of fact, I would like one on the toilet, so when little trucks get flushed we can macerate those as well.

I'd love to be able to jump in with an affordable and quality place to live in a market always flush with potential tenants.
