Once I am flush again and am ready to tackle the rehab I can always turn up the heat.I am really hoping that someone else here's going to come up with a great way to navigate this!

Replace the toilet innards with a new flush kit.  

As a matter of fact, I would like one on the toilet, so when little trucks get flushed we can macerate those as well.

For example, I got two estimates for replacing a broken toilet flush handle - one from a plumbing company and the other from a handyman our company uses.

If they are good tenants they would find a way to pay the full amount owing and regain their good tenant status that they flushed down the toilet when they did not pay their full rent.As I said before I believe these tenants are lying.

At least pets don't usually flush bizarre things down the toilet.Also agree that roommates are more work, because someone will want to move out.
