If a line of credit would work, I would try key bank, elevations credit union and FirstBank in that order. 

In general, many of the elevations there are not much higher than Lancassange Creek.

Any chance you could have the file elevated to a supervisor and reviewed a second time?  

Are they all one story and if not, do you have elevators?

Additionally the property is on second floor and also has an elevator in it. 

as it relates to BP  in the beginning just believing that being a  BP member elevated someone to higher moral and ethical grounds. and finding out that its just like the rest of the world gots to be very careful about who is on these types of websites.. lost money with BP members who talked a big game  LOL.

Typically, they are 25 minutes from downtown Golden, and are at higher elevations which are in a more rural environment and sometimes have dirt roads.

The living areas are above the flood elevation, the basement would potentially flood.My plan for the rental is to pay off the debt quickly, so I can eliminate the flood insurance.
