You keep saying they wont accept autopay but what about one-time ach or check?

You can accept payments by ACH or credit card and choose who pays the fee ($1 for ACH, % for CC).

Also, do you guys have the mortgage company ACH the mortgage payment from the LLC's bank account?

I want to ensure I am sending my personal banking information to up standing lenderthere Is no reason up front to send banking information.. you can redact a few numbers.. the only time we give that is post close when we are setting up ach payments. 

Anyway, I have been trying to reach out to her in regards to how she plans on paying rent and she needs to know who and where to send it, she was paying the previous owner via ACH and I would rather just get a check or cash.
