I have received an application from a prospective tenant who is with the Army, but he did not provide any contact info for me to verify his employment/income.

I've spent 12 years of my life in the Army National Guard, been all over the US and overseas.

There are hospitals, an army base, a university, amongst other things helping support the Airbnb theory.There is some work to be done on the home.  

I went conventional financing with my duplex but am in the Army National Guard so I'd like to use a VA loan at some point.
