I'm excited to say I've just started learning and getting into the world of REI; approximately two weeks ago after a little push from a friend of mine. 

My question is can a landlord enter your property even with a 24 hour hour notice if you deny entry and bring a lock smith and break your lock and have lock smith open your garage and take pictures and threaten you to break the door down or come threw your windows.they wanted in to take pictures for the eviction for court.the floor is messed up pretty bad I've told them over and over about it and they came out to look at it but never fixed it and all of a sudden they want to no what need to be done so the can rerent the property.i lost the eviction because I filled out my argument wrong on the judgement.and I recently found out you can hold rent to to in habitable conditions.i don't no what exactly to do

Al,I’ve just begun looking in the Huntsville market for small multi-family like you.I would be bringing my own capital in the deal as a partner most likely for a deal this size. 

I recently found a property that I want to purchase, a friend told me he could loan me the for the down payment.

If my buyer pulls out of a deal because I wasn't on top of everything, then I've just lost my well being in the form of a closed deal. 

I got on BP yesterday and I've just been commenting on a bunch of forum posts.

I've just begun analyzing deals and still working on narrowing down the neighborhoods and streets where I would ultimately make my first purchase.

I've just been doing a bunch of reading on it / may try it in the near future. 

I've just done enough short sales and have seen enough die for that reason to always have in the forefront of my mind.

I've just finished my first of 2 exchanges with @Dave Foster and I've been very happy.
