I decided to use the cabinet source I talked about earlier and they will delivery on Sunday.I got the granite guy's contact info and he'll continue the job and install on Wednesday next week.I talked with the same plumber and he'll continue the job outside and we came to an agreement for the rest of the inside plumbing.

Rather the name of the company tells the receptionist where to drop it off / who to hold it for.Alternatively, you could set up a secure common delivery mail box with slots for each unit so the mail delivery person only has to make one stop.Good luck.Oren

In our contract, the language was "3 days after delivery of approved plans"... this was achieved 3 weeks ago.How should the buyer's deposit be treated if we pursue cancellation?  

Also I would rather not call busy ppl asking questions without some sort of delivery of product or service.

I agree with @Marcus Auerbach that you need to find an agent you can trust to be your eyes and comp-delivery system to make sure the deal is correct.

Delivery cost will be the same for 1 versus 2, about $120 within 30 miles. 

I just pulled two of those out and replaced them with ductless heat pumps.Due to the nature of gas delivery fees in our area, natural gas does not enjoy the low cost benefits it does in many places.
