I too was / am a loan officer and their is so much about what not to do than how to be successful out there.

First what note are you valuing.

They have low annual fees and they don't nickel and dime you like many TPA's will for check writing and what not.

I am told this is an essential part of starting so you know what you need to do year by year and what not.

I really only started reading books about it, doing research and what not after i graduated highschool.

Knowing what NOT to say is just as important as knowing what TO say.

Loftis, EsqI found this book to be very useful and it explains how each state works, examples of what to do and what not to do, tips for the actual auctions, and tons of emamples from the author's own experience.

You have to cover any agent fees and whatnot, too, and you can't just take one guys word for how much the property is worth.

There's as much in this book about what NOT to do as there is what to do.
