Charles, thanks for the biggest laugh I've had on BP.After reading your first post I said to myself - perhaps he’s on the After Repair Value.gov Government web site – lol!

So I understand to scale a training business many times you have to outsource ( don't know if this company is doing that) But out source your lead gen funnel.. pretty tough for the actual owners to respond to all the hits they are going to get if they are out on the web with mass advertising..

Ideally something that is on web/app that'll allow me to keep track of different items come tax time. 

If they gave you the runaround and then we’re honest with you that’s a different story but they gambled by being honest with you knowing they might not be able to move in Because they have changed in their hearts and are no longer willing to deceive anyone.

I don't know that I would gamble and say you could sell it if it doesn't work out, you could be holding it for some time.

However, you need to be connected to the Internet in order to generate the codes on the erentallock web site.The way this works is that you setup an account with them and provide a master code.

They can’t spend $5,000 per month on marketing, pay $1500 for a professional web presence, pay $600 monthly for SEO; or afford to pay VAs to screen responses.  

They were a) smart and b) knew money and c) poked around on the world wide webs a bit.

Which is not true and riskier to only gamble on appreciation I think.
