Taxes are not good, and our bureaucracy is bloated due to strong towns and weak counties.But there are other ways to look at the state.  

I feel partners help cover my weaknesses and highlight my strengths.

I believe I have pinpointed my biggest financial weakness as my vehicle.

Not only does it give you downside risk management (lots of podcast guests, as well as Bloomberg and other news sources have been talking about weakness or coming weakness in RE markets), it also saves you money by giving you more cash which you can use to pay the loan off early. 

Basically, you are experiencing what would be typical of an association with weak funding - special assessments.

We found a property that we are interested in acquiring but we are hesitant because the floors are sloped and weak in some areas of the house.

Some get a weak deposit and some get a higher one.

This thing may be the weak point in the system.

My concern with POL's deals is the quality of assets and location, including weak foreclosure states like Illinois.
