I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of listing the houses as traditional LTR without accepting vouchers or as a Voucher recipient option .

Of course I do not want to post anything that would discriminate against protected classes, and I am actually not afraid to take people with section 8 or other vouchers, so long as they meet the other qualifications. 

At the time in Richmond County, Georgia, there seemingly were way more homes and properties than vouchers.

The few vouchers that actually exist very rarely move and while the idea of collecting more rent than the regular market would provide is of course intriguing it just doesn't work that way. 

During the pandemic many LTRs were forced to take Section 8 vouchers without being able to filter the residents.

The official term for Sec 8 is the Housing Choice Voucher Program because the tenant chooses where they live.

Cleveland has one of the largest voucher programs.

Section 8 vouchers are permanent, long term vouchers.

Hi everyone, I'm a landlord in Massachusetts and I've been dealing with two separate housing authorities who administer my tenants section 8 vouchers and am getting conflicting information from them both regarding HUD rent limits.
