Now I prefer to look at homes empty, but as a designer (computer, but designer nonetheless), I can visualize things better than some I suppose.

We are in escrow and we paid our mortgage lender for an appraisal but the appraisal had no analysis, only photos, this doesn’t offer any information, only a subjective visual report, correct?

Some run the numbers monthly, others just once a year when it's time to file taxes.I've built quite a few custom Excel spreadsheets but I find it somewhat challenging to translate the numbers into compelling visuals.
