The phone lines in my area have become unreasonably expensive (AT&T) and we'd like to switch out Door King door entry system that uses the phone line to IP / data since we already have an ISP connection.

They are threatening with unreasonable demands such as, give me the money now and I will vacate later else I will cut loose and create havoc.What are your thoughts?

Perhaps I'm being unreasonable and I'm the one who's in the wrong here, I'd appreciate any feedback or similar experiences.Everyone keeps saying that the first investments usually end up being bad investments and you learn from mistakes, so I suppose this was bound to happen because a smooth sailing first buy is just too good to be true :)

I think my landlord has been acting unreasonably and unfairly trying to extract more money out of me.

I have also bid many times on Auction.com and not won, I think their reserves are unreasonably high, I see the same properties sitting on that site for months and months.

@Josue Velney That doesnt sound unreasonable at all . 10% gets you on the schedule , covers the paperwork time and phone call time to get the job up and going .  

Is it a good idea or an unreasonable ask in my offer to have a contingency stating I'd like to get a professional appraisal done and offer is contingent on my satisfaction with the findings?
