Don't let them stay there unnoticed for more than 30 days! 

Hoping it goes unnoticed!

If you don't have eyes on the property, problems can go unnoticed for much too long.

It goes unnoticed because they do not take 15 minutes to see what it is and to think about its potential value.  

I understand painting, cleaning, changing light bulbs etc...but Why would missing door knobs, bathroom safety handles, broken closet doors, mini and vertical blinds, dishwasher and stove bad enough to warranty new units, all of this went unnoticed?

I often always wondered about hurricanes and floods as I am from California and we have perfect weather and rarely have any earthquakes and even the ones we have most the times go unnoticed.  

But I'll also say from a junkies perspective, providing coffee is definitely a great perk that won't go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.

I specifically say "within the confines of the law" which obviously went unnoticed. 

Further PM did not catch obvious problems during inpection so by the time property was returned to Owner for rehab, some major repairs were needed and had gone unnoticed by the PM. 

Guns are almost unnoticed outside of Filthadelphia and Pittsburgh and obtaining a license is relatively easy if you have a CLEAN background.
