I wouldn't expect to cash flow off the first property but expect a significant decrease in expenses. 

Did the occupancy rates of those properties decrease in a way that similar properties in the portfolio did not decrease?

Tenant performance decreases as the property Class decreases.Have seen too many out-of-state investors misread the City of Detroit neighborhood markets and liquidate their holdings when their expectations weren't met. 

The forward treasury curve suggests that the Fed needs to decrease the fed funds rate 200-250 basis points from Sep-24 to Dec-25 for us treasury (and mortgage rates) to stay flat to where they are (i.e., us treasury (and mortgage rates) have already priced in future Fed expectations and mortgage rates will go up or down if the Fed cuts less or more than 200-250 basis points). 

Daniel,Seems you do have a lot, it seems there are a lot of "predictions" to values / costs increasing in there, one thing i saw is that you have loan Interest payments/ cost increasing every year too, if you have a fixed loan those costs will not increase, they will decrease and your Principal payments will increase.

I just saw all my insurance policies come down for the first time (renewal last month) and my condo association is expecting a flat or decrease at renewal.

They will decrease in value because there is always a better complex in an area like that.

To illustrate, a property initially valued at $60 million might see its worth decrease by 30%, settling at around $45 million.
