in our bigger years in the late 60s and early 70's it was not uncommon for my dad to sell over 1000 lots in a calendar year... buy them at tax sale for 50.00 dollars sell them for 299 cash  or sell them on terms 100 down 50 a month and maybe sell them for 1000.... this has played out in virtually every state west of TExas and florida as you probably aware.Its a fun business but far more to it and buyers are much thiner these days.
