My 2 cents @Bobby Paquette - if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

The true premise is you Hate Trump, you hate Elon because of his association to Trump, and thus you hate anything and everything they do.

Ok so a diff path then my previous post.I also wanted to invest in real estate but just assume( and bet is probably true) that most of the people that find truly good investments have  either or all of the following the most "average joes" don't:1.

In retrospect this $200 was never mentioned in the original pitch but I later discovered that even the idea of one time payment and forever help until you make the $1M profit and split with them is not true.

I have never found a true 70% deal.

I would say hire another you when your value proposition begins to slip (e.g. you can't stay true to your boutique goals because of the volume of work) or when the work is too much for you alone.
