If they are responsible for any HOA violation fees related for their unit, however, they are more likely to keep up the required grass, weeding, trimming, etc. 

Demo and drywall make a big difference, but painting and trim work take WAY more time.  

Continue trimming and thinning trees. 

After that it’s trimming and thinning.  

I did need to spend part of the spring redoing the deck railing, painting exterior trim, replacing some deck boards etc.

I put in about $6K for new flooring and trim, I painted it and it sold within a few weeks.
